How to start a return

EU and UK

Withdrawal rights

Consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom may cancel distance contracts within fourteen days of receiving physical goods, provided the items are unused and sealed when hygiene or safety requires it. Refunds include the outbound shipping you paid for standard delivery when applicable law mandates reimbursement.

Digital content that you have already streamed or downloaded may be excluded if you gave prior consent and waived withdrawal rights.

Canada

Provincial protections

Canadian consumers benefit from provincial consumer protection statutes. If a product is defective, not as described, or fails prematurely under normal use, contact us for repair, replacement, or refund remedies available in your province.

Thirty-day satisfaction pathway

For direct orders shipped from our warehouse, unopened Evera containers in resaleable condition may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the law requires otherwise.

Opened dietary supplements may be ineligible for refund due to health and safety rules, except where local law mandates a remedy for defective goods.

Process

Inspection and timing

After your return arrives, our quality team inspects seals, batch codes, and packaging within three business days. Approved refunds post to the original payment method within ten business days. Banks may need additional time before funds appear on your statement.
